Rene Gomez is the Soul Care and Wellness Coach at Path Restore. Bringing over 15 years experience, he is here to help you understand and overcome your personal barriers. He has helped people create healthy habits, heal from personal pain, and strengthen relationships.

Cost, Topics, and Session Format

Cost – Sessions range from $40 – $75. The number of sessions purchased in advance and length of each session determine the final cost. The initial consult is free.

Topics – We can discuss:

- Managing stress and anxiety
- Relationships
- Physical health habits
- Money habits
- Family technology plans
  - Hardware and software protection
  - Building a child’s path toward independence
- Premarital preparation
  - Symbis or Relate assessment
  - 4 – 6 sessions of guided discussion and counsel

Session Format – Secure online video portal or phone call. In-person can be considered on request*.

Rene has practiced pastoral care, counseling, and coaching in churches and private practice.

Education

Undergraduate (BA) and graduate (MDiv) degrees – emphasis in pastoral care and counseling.
